Montcalm County Animal Control does offer kennel licensing for county residents. If you are looking to have a kennel license, you will need to contact Animal Control directly (989-831-7302) between January 1st and March 31st each year to be placed on a kennel inspection list. Calling after March 31st of each calendar year will make you ineligible for a kennel license for that calendar year.
Kennel License Categories/fees:3-10 dogs: $90.00 ($40.00 inspection fee)
3-10 dogs: After June 1st ($180.00)
11-40 dogs: $125.00 ($65.00 inspection fee)
11-40 dogs: After June 1st $250.00
41 & over: $215.00 ($90.00 inspection fee)
41 & over after June 1st $430.00
